November 28, 2023

Vincent L. Lecce has been appointed as the Market President in Rochester for KeyBank, according to an announcement by the company. Lecce, who joined Key in November 2020, concurrently holds the position of Key Private Bank Team Leader for Western New York and will continue in that capacity. This appointment follows the departure of Phil Muscato, who served in the role for five years.

Fran O’Rourke, the Regional Executive for Key Private Bank, expressed confidence in Lecce's leadership abilities, citing his proven track record of providing exceptional leadership and service to clients and the Rochester community. O’Rourke emphasized Key's significant business presence in Rochester and anticipates Lecce leading the team to greater heights while continuing to invest in the region.

With over two decades of experience in investment and wealth management, Lecce has held senior roles at Cobblestone Capital Advisors and Putnam Investments before joining Key Private Bank. A Cornell University graduate, Lecce is a certified wealth strategist and certified investment management analyst. He resides in Rochester with his wife and two children.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Lecce is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Rochester Enterprise and the School of the Holy Childhood, and he co-chairs the Rochester Business Classic Golf Tournament. Lecce is also a member of the Rochester Rotary Club and was recognized in 2016 as one of the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40.
