Insero Named to 2023 Best Companies to Work For in New York
Rochester, N.Y. – Mar. 20, 2023 – The New York State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, Best Companies Group and Rochester Business Journal have named Insero & Co. CPAs as one of the 2023 Best Companies to Work for in New York. In 2022, the firm ranked #1 in the Medium Companies category. The 2023 rankings will be announced on April 19, 2023 in Albany, NY.
This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in New York state, benefiting its economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 75 companies split in to three categories.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the survey process in New York and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
